What is a Remote Online Notary (RON)?

Remote Online Notarization (RON) is a legally commissioned notary public who is authorized to conduct notarizations using audio-visual technology instead of traditional in-person methods.   It enables signers to appear before a notary public via a secure video conference to verify their identity and electronically sign documents.

Do you provide same day notarization?

Yes, All appointments must be booked and confirmed at least 30 minutes prior to the desired time of appointment. 

What should I bring to my RON appointment?

It is essential to bring a valid government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license or passport that is not expired. Additionally, bring the unsigned document(s) requiring notarization and any other relevant materials or forms. If a witness is needed but not provided, BlueInk Notary Signing Services will provide one at an additional cost of $10.

What are acceptable forms of identification?

- An ID Card or Driver's License issued by the DMV
- A Passport issued by the Department of State o the United States
- A Passport issued by a foreign government if stamped by the U.S. Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services
- An ID Card issued by any branch o the armed forces of the United States
- An ID Card issued by the U.S. Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services.

Do you provide physical notarization?

BlueInk Notary Signing Services LLC intentionally focuses our expertise on RON appointments only, allowing us to be leaders in the field. For this reason physical notarization is not supported.
